To stay responsive, duplicate hashing is capped by total bytes on very large folders. Duplicates found are still exact; some files beyond the cap simply weren’t hashed. Use Deep/Enterprise mode to raise the cap.
Select it and click "Whitelist selected", or just don’t include it in your selection. Whitelisted files are excluded from the junk list and the cleanup script.
