By accessing or using PDFPro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use PDFPro for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to process illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or circumvent any security measures. You are responsible for all files you upload and process.
3. Privacy & File Handling
Files you upload are processed on our secure servers and automatically deleted within 24 hours (30 days for Pro subscribers). We do not read, analyze, or share your file contents. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Free & Pro Plans
The Free plan provides access to all basic tools at no cost. The Pro plan is available as a paid subscription with additional features. We reserve the right to modify plan features with 30 days notice.
5. Payments & Refunds
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase for first-time subscribers. Renewals are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
PDFPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
